WHERE IS MY GIFT?

Dear Mr. Bourne
Last week I visited your webside and saw your magnificent catalogue of clothes. In this one there was an offer: if you bought items worth over 100 euros, you would obtain a nice gift bag.
I ordered several things worth 150euros ( order reference SH 4833). Four days later, I received my order but my gift was not in the box.
I phoned your customer service line but the telephone line was always busy. After two days I could talk to a girl, she told me that the offer had finalized. I tried to explain to her that my order was corret. I did it within the deadline, but the communication was cut. So, I am writing this email.
I hope you check my order and resolve this situation.
