Dear  Sir Valls,

I am writing to you because last week I ordered two boxes of your most famous champagne “Goldstar” from your online store (Order reference CHMPGN/ XXX) and after reading carefully the delivery conditions  , and agreeing  them,
I do not know, why if your company said that the order would be ready delivered in 24 hours, the item has not been delivered on time.
I notified the problem to your customer service department, immediately after 48 hours of the failed delivery. However, your company has not communicated with me yet.
Certainly, this delay is being very harmful now to my restaurant, because we cannot serve a champagne with a high quality, which is very demanded by our customers.
I am sure you will be able to resolve this problem immediately, because right now we only have one box in stock, but if there are any problems with this delivery, in that case, I will have to look for another brand.
